Dues and Membership

Every dues-paying member is entitled to vote at meetings or in response to surveys. Non dues-paying members are still required to adhere to the Woodgate Covenants (Filings 1-4) and the City of Aurora Zoning Codes.

Our voluntary association organizes and pays for many neighborhood functions, including:

  • Welcome Baskets

  • Website Maintenance

  • Quarterly Newsletter/Special Mailings

  • Perimeter Litter Pick Up

The dues for the Woodgate Single Family HOA are $50 annually, paid via check or Paypal.

  • As our newsletter is printed in black and white, ads in black and white tones print best.

    Ads are printed within our newsletter, which is distributed to over 600 homes in Woodgate.

    October 15: Winter Newsletter

Event Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Easter Egg Hunt: $150 (1/2 page ad included in Spring newsletter)

  • Community Garage Sale: $75 (1/2 page ad included in Summer newsletter)

  • Holiday Hayrack Ride: $250 (full page newsletter included in Winter newsletter)
